Factors beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, road closures, political events, bandhs, curfews, or other force majeure events, may cause delays. In such circumstances, Kalpa Florist will not be held liable for late delivery.
Time-sensitive deliveries such as same-day and midnight deliveries are subject to the applicable cut-off times and product availability. For high-demand occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Raksha Bandhan, Diwali, and New Year, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 5 days in advance. Kalpa Florist does not guarantee on-time delivery during peak festive periods without advance ordering.
Important: For midnight deliveries, please select the delivery date as the date preceding the occasion. For example, if the occasion is on 15th June, select 14th June as the delivery date.
